At the Aguada, hosting events is a specialty of ours.
Surrounded by a lush tropical landscape, the Aguada provides a naturally idyllic setting for your next gathering.
With our clean, airy interiors offset by classic hardwood and splashes of bright colors, a restaurant and bar, a conference room, over twenty guest rooms, a swimming pool, and an experienced event planner, we are always ready to provide you with a full service gathering.
From quinencieras and family reunions to fundraisers and professional conferences, we’re able to accommodate events, large and small.
Our amenities include our Palapa and our Conference Room, as well as our Pool and Hotel Rooms.
Our Palapa, built in the traditional Maya style, is nestled next to our tranquil oasis—an ideal space to host private dinners, wedding receptions, family reunions, and birthday parties.
The Drift Inn Conference Room is located on the second floor, above the restaurant. For examples on how many people we can host:
- 96 guests for banquet seating
- 75 guests for theater seating
- 36 guests for classroom seating
Conference rental comes equipped with air-conditioning, high speed wi-fi, and presentations equipment such as:
- Projector and Screen
- Microphone and Podium
- Dry-Erase Board and Markers
- Speaker and Audio System
